I think I want to do the Junior Statesmen program at Northwestern. The Speech Communications class looks really interesting. You have a lot of debates. Hmm... Plus I was looking at Northwestern for college. But I don't think they had the course I wanted. I really want to go to Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City. I'm bored so I'm looking at courses. It'd take Garde Manger but I'd have to take Menu Planning and Purchasing and then International Cookery. And I'm not as interested in those areas. Well that sucks. I was also thinking about taking a course in Food and Beverage Management. But then I'd have to still take that menu planning class. I want to take Professional Cookery. Maybe I'll stick with that. Oh i am so bored. I didn't go to skills today because I wasn't feeling that great plus I have a match. Then I realized it was evaluation and I am outta luck. Oh well. Plus I had to call in and I sounded really dumb on the message. Anyway, lunch is in 2 minutes. That is good. Game tonight at Middleville (Kaufman course). My friend Morgan goes to Middleville and she said they aren't that nice. Great...

i know he went to college for culinary arts at grcc, and then later up in traverse.
