well this is exactly what i needed...

get a letter in the mail from that bitch of a governor saying that i owe 150 dollars just for having a certain amount of points on my drivers liscence (sp) AND i get a WHOLE MONTH to pay it...

seems pretty just cause to me

its a law that if you have so many points for getting tickets, which you had to pay for in the first place you have to pay more...
