| Dear Electronic Arts please die in a fire... i was trying to download the "booster pack" for battlefield 2 that came out recently called euro force. so i go to the site just a bit ago...and i find out that its $9.99 to DL the game...ok, no problem, it might as well be an expansion pack anyways. so i start the download, but then of course EA wants me to make some stupid account that im never going to use again...so i think, aww what the heck..im never gonna use it again anyways, so i make one and put in all my info...then it says, "OH! btw...you HAVE to make an account w/ gamespy too...and GL w/ that cuz we are gonna hide the link where no one would ever even think of looking!!! MUAHHHAHAHA" so i find that stupid link, click on it, OMG! its ONLY 19.25 or some crap PER QUARTER to have a gamespy account...THEFLUX IS THAT ABOUT!?! anyways, i somehow managed to avoid that little fee when it told me that my email was already in use somehow. so i used that for EA's stupid little crap so i can finally get the game(after making sure that anything that could possibly considered gamespy wasnt taking my money). HOWEVER! after that then it kindly informs me that i have to download some proprietary BS from EA themselves...apparently they just cant give you a link to a download these days...they make you DOWNLOAD their oooown special little piece of crap(more then likely spyware filled) downloading "tool" just to get this one file... anyways, here i am...waitin for this fuggin thing to finish...getting mad at how ****ing stupid electronic arts is how much i want them to fail...however...i must not want them to fail too much since i just gave them 10 bucks and they but out ALL the rights to ANY game that could EVER have a chance of being successful (Command and Conquer anyone?). i think im done for now IMO EA games doesnt even represent gamers anymore...they represent the huge ass corporations that make up most of this country nowadays that are only concerned about the all mighty dollar, and to them i say, "#%@& OFF!!!" edit for addison: >insert boobies here< |
