I am a (correct me if I'm wrong) third generation American and one quarter Lebanese. Arab American.

But you would never know it.

I'm not sure what generation I am. On my dad's side I'm 3rd generation and on my mom's side I'm really old American stock. (We had folks fighting in the Revolutionary War). I'm also a limey and a Swede. But I'm told that's quite obvious.

And I never would've guessed you're Lebanese, except you've told me before.

I'm a third generation american myself. Straight from Poland on my mother's side (actually, we have no idea where the hell my great grandfather came from. We just know that he spoke Polish and had a Polish name. For all we know he could have been from anywhere in europe.).

Something I always loved about America, you can around a room and ask everyone about their heritage without finding two people with the same nationalities (in fact just a couple of days ago a bunch of my friends here at msu and I just went through each other's heritage and had a rather interesting conversation on the matter (my scottish clan and my friend Tom's irish clan are pretty much sworn enemies))
