My parents got married when my mom was 22. They are still married, and despite a few rough patches (which all marriages will have) they are one of the healthiest, loving couples I have ever met. There's no certain age, it's a matter of maturity (which comes at different ages for different people) and whether or not the couple really is *ready* for marriage.
I've met couples who really were ready at 19, I've met people who at 27, whether it was the right person for them or not, should not be getting married. There really isn't any magic age at which point each person would be ready.

I don't think there is an exact age, however there is a lot of stuff to consider and realize first. I would say that before you are done with college is proabley to young. Any fight or disagreement that you may have with the person you are marrying will not go away after the marriage. Money is also a serious pain. These are just a few of the issues that don't go away. It doesn't make life eaiser and is a lot of work.
