I think you should go to GRCC. We all miss you and having no car sucks. But whatever you decide, good luck. It's all up to you. I'm thinking of going to GRCC for a year or two and transfering into a university and getting a PhD in history.

To be honest Justin I havent seen you in forever and a half. I wouldnt mind hanging out with ya. That aside, I believe you should stay.

You've grasped onto something that will put you in a good direction down the road. Thats a great thing considering all. I mean, no offense, but you went shakey with the dropping out and dropping off the radar for awhile. Now look at yourself. Good school. Good grades?(Hope) Good solid direction.

You like cars. You always have seemed to. This is good thing. Sure you bring up a large bill going to a more specific school. Thats normal. The hope is that you get a nice position after exiting this school that helps drop those loans down.

On the other hand...taking basics at CC will throw some help your way. I and many others can agree on taking the basics at a less expensive place like CC. The problem is making sure you can pass the credits to and from CC to the new school. So look into that.

I cant really make the choice for you, nor would I expect to. So whatever you choose, best of luck to you.

the downsides that you discussed are indeed shitty but if you move home you may talk about taking classes at cc but you won't.
You will party all the time.
I know you party a lot down there but you will party here more and you know it.
you will be at home and get comfortable where you are and not go anyplace.
i love you and I miss you but ohio is a good place for you- you've already wracked up a pretty large bill down there so why waste that money you have already spent you can always go back to school later on if you decide cars are not for you but at least finish what you have started down there.

Your mom probably worked really hard to get you down there and I just dont think it'd be fair to let it all go like that. homesick is an understatement. i'm 250 miles from almost anyone i know i've got no car and $40 in my pocket, i rely on everyone else for everything, i'm tired of it.

i'm tired of blowing $2500 every 6 weeks on school that i could be learning the same stuff at GRCC for half that cost.

i'm sick of these shit beds, the rules, the dorms, the inspections, not being able to what i want in a place that the rent is close to $1300 a month where everything is put together half assed.

i miss my brother, my mom and dad and all my friends.

and in all honesty, i'm really not sure if i want to do automotive stuff the rest of my life, I know how my uncle is, he worked on cars every day for 10 years, now he hates doing it.

well Justin, I'm going to say this and it may sound mean but I dont really care because I love you and dont want to see you end up living with your parents and working at howies forever...

To get into Ferris and GRCC, you need to take the ACT's and get a certain score on both. I believe it's a 16 for CC which isn't too hard, and in the mid 20's for Ferris which is a tid bit more difficult. I think our Valedictorian(sp?) only got a 25 or so his second time taking it.

And then after you take the ACT's and get into school, you have to take a placement test and depending on how well you do, you could be in school for a while.
Example:: Lets say you are placed in Alegebra or some easy math class at C and you want to transfer to Ferris later on. Well you need to be through Alegebra 2 before you can go to Ferris or any university, which I didn't even take Algebra 2 yet, I'm taking it next year at CC.

I dont know buddy, I'm not saying you're dumb or anything. I just know that you didn't really like high school much when you were there, and I dont see you doing anything else but automotive. Loans can be paid off within time. It's not that big of a deal. And you do have friends down there and you do come home. I mean, you have like a week or so long break coming up and if you take doubles, you could probably be out faster.

I'm not telling you what to do, I'm just explaining the facts to you. Things suck now, but will get better. Get a job somewhere there, and work while you're home. No one is going anywhere for a while so you'll see us all. I think you're blowing something little out of proportion. You'll be fine down there. You already started a bill anyways, and you're going to have that bill even if you quit, so why pay for something that you didn't use all the way?

We don't talk much at work, thats my fault. Regardless though i think you should stay in Ohio and finish school man. you took the step to start and you might as well finish it. As for not having anyone to hang with or whatever. Go out and make friends be social and overexert your brain to find some new people to drink and hang with or whatever it is that you and your friends would do lol. But if it feels right to head back home and go to CC then go for it. But i still think you should stay with what path your on now man.

In all honesty, Ohio is the best thing for you have ever done for yourself.
How the hell are you going to fuck Ohio before it fucks you? And how Is Ohio Fucking you. I would have never imagined that giving someone an Education is grounds for fucking someone. Of all the different careers and choices out there, the only thing you have a slight interest in, is automotive. You'r biggest problem, is your short attention span. That coupled with some home sickness and some pussy fever and your all packed up and ready to go home.
If your only problems are, you have no money or a car. Then get a damn job, and sell one of the 3 vehicles you have and or fix one of them and quit bitching. Do you know how bad I wish I could be in your shoes right now. So what if your broke, so am I , I have over 1,000 bucks in bills right now, and not a dime to my name. Atleast you don't actually have to pay any bills right now. You have a free ride for the time being. Untill you graduate and have to start paying your loans off. Big deal, when your done in ohio you could be making 20 – 25 bucks an hour. Instead you'd give that up for a girl you arent really even going out with, a bed under mom and dads roof, a minimum wage job, and a business degree from CC that will get you a blue shirt at meijer.
Right now your problems arent that bad, You'r just uncomfortable, and miss the easy life at home. Sure your parents bitched now and then, but your parents never really made you do anything but work at howies and pay your own car insurance. Your just taking a lot of little shit and making them into big issues to justify why you want to go home. Im not trying to be a dick, but you cant just up and quit when life gets a little hard. What will you do when you have to get your own place and pay your own bills? Move back in with your parents? And what will moving back home do for you, Lets say you did enroll in CC, Because its cheaper, Well your already 7500 in the hole, so betime your done you didn't really save enough money to justify that portion, what about classes, well Ohio is a tech school built around automotive with a good reputation for what they teach, and CC, well that's okay if you want to be a lube tech the rest of your life. Hell I bet Jeff would give you a job at the quick lube when you graduate.
If your tired of the dorms, get a job, get an apartment. You rely on everyone else, because you arent doing anything to fix the little problems you have. Really if you think about it, your problems are pretty tiny compared to what they could be. Well this is pretty long winded so ill end it with this.

SELL THE CUTTY, SELL THE TEMPO, FIX THE YOTA, GET A JOB, STAY IN OHIO AND QUIT YOUR BITCHIN,! (or you might as well paint your toe nails and get in the kitchen :P )
