Subject: English Essay
I'm writing a first person narrative of an event in my life that has taught me something about the world I live in.

The milestones of my life have been such epiphanies, but I can't think of a single one to write about. Maybe something funny. I was considering the time my dog was drunk at schweizer... but I'm having a hard time seeing a thesis for that one.

Any ideas?

i have the same problem.
i can't think of a single thing in my life that taught me anything.

except that humans suck.
but that was really my whole life and that's much to hard to write about.

I'd suggest when you truly came to find your faith.
I know you have a real connection with it and at one time not so much.

Maybe though it's taught you something about yourself rather than the world you live in... that has helped you view the world in a different light?

He would tell you the class was secular and that he can't grade religion.

I would say he's an atheist who's too immature to back his position and thus feels threatened by people who have a different point of view. And he's an ex-journalist, so he's hopelessly self-biased.
