there are no walls, and the ones that were there i put up myself. it was just nice, hearing all of these feelings straight from him instead of silently knowing.

i have agoraphobia or some shit. i'm scared and who thought i could ever have a damn panic attack. i need to calm. down. and set aside time for myself every day. not everything is a list and not everything can be stressed over.

after you there was justin ben and jake and i kind of got fucked over by all three. i knew i wasn't, but i didn't want to be the only one feeling something. and i'm not.

and the panic attack, it's not like i was stressed and all of a sudden it came. i was nauseous and in the car and trying not to throw up, and all of a sudden everything went numb and i tensed up. i had never experienced anything like it and it was terrifying, so of course joe called 911.

i just realized today after you called that when i visited you in CO and your friends were like "yeah you fucked that becca girl!" and i gave you a look and you were like "different becca!"
