this is bullshit.... complete bullshit
i've been up since 6pm last night okay, i worked a 12 hour shift, and on my way home i noticed how nice of a day it was and called my dad and was like "hey lets go pull the motor out of my truck" and he said "awwwe not today" i replied "come on man, i've actually got ambition for once" and he says "we'll talk about it when you get home"
so i get home and he says he doesn't want to do it... doesn't give me a good reason or anything.
i'd go do it by myself but the fucking thing is at his work locked up....
i mean come fucking on, i worked 12 hours and have been up for like 18 and still want to go pull that fucking motor and he just makes fucking excuses what the fuck is that all about. i'm so pissed right now.

he said tell the temps not to clock in for another hour or so....
so now i've got to deal with a mix of 6 pisssed off black and mexican people.
1/2 of them don't speak english. and the ones that do i can hardly understand them.

So I really wish that I would have been told by Peoplelink before today, almost 2 weeks AFTER my lay-off that I was eligible for unemployment again.
However they are a bunch of flaming idiots.
I did file a claim though.
I have to call tomorrow to see if I can claim these last two weeks.
Hopefully I can.
I recieved a call from Vicki at Peoplelink telling me that I can work in Rockford for awhile and then she said she'd call back with a time/date that I could start over there.
I stopped into Peoplelink and she still hadn't heard from them with a date or time.
She told me that if I wanted to take a pay cut, I could go to Clarion and work 3rd shift.
We'll see how things go tomorrow.
I need a paycheck. Not having money blows ass.
I should probably pick my mouse up off the floor..

39 days, bitches!
I am so excited to come home!
So at the u here there are four or five levels of classes. At the beginning of the year, we took a placement test to get into a level. Most of us got in level 3 but two of us were placed in level 2. Anyway, the only test we have is at the end of the year. In France, doing well on the exam means getting 50 percent but at home, that transfers back as a D. On everything. So last year's group made a stink and this year, one of our professors here expressed concern for our sucess on the exam. She signed us up for level 2's exam so we could actually pass. I still have to take level 3 but they take the best grade you get anyway in the end.
So I am not worried.
Just waiting to come home.

i'm sitting in the computer lab trying to finish my journal/critical analysis for my modern american literature class. it's horrible. my brain is being so stupid. i'm getting distracted easily, and i'm having problems comprehending the questions i'm suppose to use as prompts. i'm not stupid! writing these are so painful and tedious. i've gotten six done, and i only have two more to go, but they're on two novels, the sun also rises, and as i lay dying. stupid. i don't mind doing them, but i'm having so many problems concentrating! it's so frustrating!
that's all i wanted to rant about.

I made some pasta today.
The same kind that Katie and I used to make when I was in high school.
We ate this stuff ALL the time.
But for some reason it just doesn't taste the same.
Maybe its because the last time I made it, I ended up throwing it back up.
Just a theory.
My bed now sits about 6 inches higher.
Pretty excited about that.
Not sure why, but I just am.
Maybe its because Im easy amused?
Wednesday, I have a lunch date.
With my Aunt and my grandmother.
Maybe it will put me at some ease with how my grandmothers health seems to be progressively getting worse.
Doubt it, but its seems worth a shot.

This was a long weekend. I went to the School of Music formal last night. It was really fun, but the room was super hot from all the people dancing.
Moved the room around today because of "Residence Life Order Day."
Basically had to put the desks and beds back in the same places they were at the beginning of the year. It was really gross. The bottoms of my feet were black from all the dirt on our floors that were under the rug and the beds. I sneezed a lot too.
In other news, during the ten minute walk from the parking lot to the dorms I got a pretty good sunburn.
It is summer.

American Sign Language
Well I've been trying for a while now to learn something new that I can use if no one else knows it. I actually had someone yesterday that I randomly met try talking to me in ASL and I could speak very very little but enough to carry on a conversation. It's been really cool learning it and I definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to learn a new language.

This week has taught me a lot..
A lot has happened this week.
At the beginning of the week most of it was bad and I was truly petrified.
I was close to losing the best thing in my life right now.
I had several anxiety attacks.
But I quickly learned how to get him to open up.
I was finally able to get him to talk to me.
We are a lot happier.
In other news, my sister and brother-in-law are coming up this weekend.
I am excited to see them.
Things in my life are going rather well.
Other than I am laid off for another week.
So I do not return to work until April 30th.
Which totally sucks, but right now quality time is needed.
