Haven't posted since my birthday....
Went to a party out in West Covina on Saturday with Jon. His homies are really cool and fun. Had a good ass time there, got pretty messed up at one point. After the party got broken up there was sort of a conflict with some wierd ass in his car. He tried to hit this dude and he ended up hanging on to the car for awhile. Then we chased his ass. It was mad crazy.
Then I was stuck in traffic on the way home so I didn't get home until 3:30.
Alright thats it.

I'm so sick of closeminded people. I used to be pretty damn closeminded about lots of things, music, movies, cars or trucks. I remember when Fat-Lip by Sum 41 came out I hated it (Now I'm listening to it as I write this). I don't know why I did I just did. I hated trucks and would only drive an import (I want a tacoma and love driving my parents tundra). Wtf was wrong with me? Jumping to a different subject, they say every relationship teaches you things. I know at least one thing I learned/got from my most recent relationship... Being openminded, thats right before her I was so close minded about lots of things, and now I don't judge something until I try it, and I try to push this on others because its just a better way of thinking.
This all sort of just popped out of me right now because I was just reading about "Head" leaving KoRn and some people were making all sorts of comments about them. Now remember I was a pretty hardcore KoRn fan back in my closeminded days and still own all their cds (except their newest one), but I don't really consider them my favorite band and am not upset that he left. Yet after reading "good riddance... thats two down [talking about blink-182 and now korn], there really is a god" and stuff like that. This just pisses me off because if they don't like something why do they need to even open their mouth? If you don't like it, shut it off, but please don't bitch about it! I listen to pretty much anything now-a-days but there are still things that just don't catch my interest but that sure as hell doesn't mean that they suck.
Basically this all boils down to two words:
GROW UP.

Korn guitarist finds God, leaves band

"Brian "Head" Welch (far left) has left Korn.
NEW YORK (Billboard) -- Korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch has parted ways with the hard rock act, citing a recent religious awakening.
Welch broke the news Sunday on Bakersfield, California, station KRAB-FM.
"I had it in my heart to come here and explain to you," Welch said. "I'm good friends with Korn. I love those guys, and they love me, and they're very happy for me."
Addressing the aggressive tone of the music he made with Korn, Welch said, "Anger is a good thing, and if kids want to listen to Korn, good, but there's happiness after the anger. I'm going to show it through my actions how much I love my fans."
Welch added that he would be appearing at a local church on February 27, during which time he would "speak (about) how I got to this place in my life, and I'll answer all your questions."
On its official Web site (http://www.korn.com), Korn's remaining members said they respect Welch's wishes and hope "he finds the happiness he is searching for." The group is in the studio working on a new album, due in September, which will be its first since fulfilling its contract with Epic last year.
For now, no replacement for Welch has been named, nor has a new label home for the band."
