name: Vivi Tran
age: 17
reason for woohu username: plainmornings... for a year (about 2 years before he was crazy popular) I really liked Dashboard Confessional (Swiss Army Romance <3) and my boyfriend at the time (actually he was obsessed first, i didn't like it off the bat) loved this song, a plain morning and I guess I grew to like it too so it was my favorite song when i started my woohu over a year ago :0)
aim sn: picsxstarsxdream
reason for aim sn: Another stout I had lol I was obsessed with the Juliana Theory for a summer & I just liked the name of the song pictures, stars and dreams
do you enjoy reading my woohu: I don't know... Its always been interesting I guess, always another girl, another heartbreak, something else going on...I guess it was never boring.
why: oops.
intresting fact about you: I'm not a very intresting person... um...
weird fact about u: Everythings weird about me... at one point I almost gave up getting a car to get a $20,000. bassoon :0P
quote: my bandoness (come'n band camps in a day, gota get in the groooove!) "I'd rather be a band dork then a loser like you"
will you post this in ur woohu: aren't i?

Like OMG. Im going back to Atlantic.
yea, for real. I am.

in other news:

name: A.J., Arthur
age: 17
reason for woohu username: Its the same as my screenname. I'm not very creative
aim sn: or fwa shere
reason for aim sn: got it from my nickname, Orf, which I got in Hawaii at the Polynesian Cultural Center during dinner. You, your brother, Devin Ganesh, David Warren, me, and a few other people were talking about how to screw up a child, mostly by the crazy names ya could give it. I mentioned the name "Orf" and it became my nickname for the rest of the trip, and seemingly the rest of high school.
do you enjoy reading my woohu: yea.
why: I have no life, so I live vicariously through other people, and reading about them in their journals. Plus you write some good stuff.
intresting fact about you: I'm not very interesting, but my bedroom is cooler than any other bedroom I've ever seen, so by all means: my room > everybody else's room, and therefore my room > your room.
weird fact about u: I don't actually hang up my clothes, I just kinda leave them in a big pile on my desk and throw them in the dryer before I wear them.
quote: "The best quotes happen randomly, and don't follow the word quote."
will you post this in ur woohu: it looks like it
if you see me out in the streets would you say hi: yea. I'd buy you a Boston Kreme Donut.

i hate that i came online with the intention of checking my mail/messages and i read what you wrote and i've been on for over an hour now... raking through the past, one thats so hard to let go...

i cared so much, i remember everything from the day we met, how we ended the first time, the second... how we remet and how amazing it was to our tragic end.

i'm sorry that we couldn't work out, i'm sorry that you couldn't live up to my expectations, i guess i'm not sorry that i cared so much about you because i've learned from that, i've learned from our whole entire relationship and now i have a better understanding of how things work.

I'm sorry if our memories cause you pain, its not easy to read your words and reminisce about the past, how happy you made me and how my heart still breaks everytime i think about it.

I wish you could be happy because I truly do believe that I am happier now then I have ever been.

Maybe old feelings never die but life will continue regardless...

I just realized that its 12:00 and I just missed Family Guy. damnit

Some girl that was crowd-surfing landed on my neck on Saturday. It hurt for a few minutes, but it felt allright afterwards. I woke up this morning, and holy fuck it hurts like hell. Also, I was getting in the shower this morning, and I got hurt again. Ya know how theres the caps to shampoo, where if ya press down on one side, the pther side pops up, and the shampoo comes out of the side that popped up. Well this morning, as I was in the shower, I went to wash my hair, and as I pressed the top on the shampoo, from the other side a gob of shampoo with god-like accuracy hit me directly in the right eye. Holy Fuckin Shit that burned. My eye was tearing, burning, and I was freaking out all at the same time. After rinsing it out quite a few times and adding eye drops I was all better, but it is still all red.

My neck still hurts, but I guess I'm just lucky that my mom works for a Chiropractor, which allows me to go for free. Speaking of my mother....        she was in my dad's work truck the other day. She decided to go with him on a job, because she had never been. That was all fine and dandy, but like all International 4700 trucks, the cab sits over 4 feet in the air. Theres a set of stairs to be used to get in and out, as well an attached bar to grab. Its not that hard. But my mom, clueless as she is, didn't realize the truck sits 4 feet in the air, and as she was getting out, she just stepped out blindly and landed on the steel steps which are attached to the gas tank. Apparently this knocked the wind out of her and had her on the ground in pain for a few minutes. She fractured her rib cage.

Come on now, how can ya not realize that you'r getting out of a truck that is 4 feet in the air? My mom is just dumb. Period.

Im tired.

I think that is the greatest name out of all the albums I have in my collection.

So friday afternoon, I was in the gym, nearing the 45 minute mark while on the stationary bike. My mind started to wander as the CD I was listening to came to an end, so I decided to check out mlb.com on the internet screen to see what was up. Turned out there was a Marlins game that night, and rookie all-star pitcher Dontrelle Willis was pitching. I hopped on to nextel.com and text messaged my dad to see if he wanted to go to the game. Oh the technology! We went later and got the Publix special, two seats in the left field Club section for $18. Super.

The Marlins had an incredible comeback from being down 6-3 to the Phillies in the seventh to an 8 run eigth inning. I saw Mark Richman, or Richmond, or whatever sitting in my section. I really hate that kid. Okay, maybe not hate, but I really dislike him. I didn't get to sleep until 6:30 the next morning, and I had to be up around 9 the next morning.

Warped tour was decent, but not great. Not as fun as last year; though it was nice to walk around by myself and see the bands I wanted to see this time. Suki and I were two out of the twenty lucky people who saw The Know How's three song set in the tent stage. They are definately an underappreciated band, with a strong horn section. Big D and the Kids Table also played a great set in the tent, which was much more than I expected. They're a little too hardcore for my tastes, but still good. The Mad Caddies aren't a very good band, but they did play a great set. I was entertaned, but not impressed. Polka is only cool once.

The Suicide Machines - I've been a huge fan of theirs for well over a year now, ever since I picked up their used album for $8 at CD connection. I've yet to hear a bad song other than New Girl, which isn't a bad song, but just too pop-ish. I wasn't interested in seeing the Dropkick Murphy's play, so I went to the adjacent stage and got myself a spot against the front wall to see the Suicide Machines, who were going on next. I was front row center, and really fucking excited. I started to get sick halfway through Dropkick Murphy's set, and had to sit down on the floor and catch my breath and try not to throw up. I made it through just fine, and as the Suicide Machines went on, me and everyone around just went fucking nuts. It was packed as hell up front, but well worth it. They played a lot of their older songs, which was just fucking awesome. He really knows how to work the crowd. Twice he came and stood on the wall right infront of me, and let us sing. It was soo great, I wanted to go mosh and skank, but to get into a pit I would have to give up my spot up front, so I gave up on that idea. For the last song, he let the crowd choose, so he looked right at the kid next to me, and the whole group of us just screamed out for S.O.S. Oh man that was great. I have to say that was one of the best rock sets I've seen since Green Day, although during Green Day I was out in the grass at Coral Sky, which is nothing compared to being in the front row. I met the band at their tent later. They are real nice guys.

After that there wasn't much more I wanted to see besides Jess Than Jake. They were very dissappointing. I'm not really down with their new album, and they were one of the more popular bands so it was packed like fucking sardines. I wasn't impressed with them, and then some girl who was crowd surfing landed on my neck. it hurt, BAD. I left after that happened, and they were the last band I saw.

this year was nice and plesant. I only saw the bands I wanted to see, and didn't have to suffer through crappy bands or bands I didn't like (NOFX last year). Someone said that Pepper is a really good rock/reggae band, so I'm a little upset that I didn't get to see them, as well as Thrice. I'm not really Thrice a fan, but I did want to see them. Oh well. It was nice to not have to tag along with a stoner that has bad taste in music. Fun times.

Woke up, worked 8 and a half hours today. Came home. Wrote this Journal entry. Wrote this sentence. Then this one. And this one too.

Then clicked update and left.

Oh man.
First off, I have to say that anonymous comments are rad as hell.... even better when none of them make any sense.

Secondly, I've been pushing my parents to get me the tenor sax I want. Since Mars is gone, I haven't found any music stores that sell the brand I want. Damn you Sam Ash and Guitar Center. But I did find a bunch of retailers online that do; ones that also give credit so I can make payments that I can afford. The MSRP on the one I want is around $2500, but since the sax I want is still new on the market, it's priced much lower to push sales... around $1000 less or so. So this one site I kind of trust, musiciansfriend.com, had it listed for $1219, which is a fair price. But while searching to find a better price I stumbled across music123.com. This site is a lot nicer and easier to trust, and they had it listed for $1299, although that said that they beat all competitors’ prices. Even better, I found the website from some fucking ghetto music shop in CT which had it listed for $1189. That is a great price, but I would never want to order from them. So I sent that back to music123.com, and they beat that price by $20, which is $130 less than their original price. Score. I'd soo order it from them, but I just hafta be nice to my parents to get them to help me get credit.

Wow, that was a pointless entry.
-A.J.

*update*
The name of my game is scamming.
I just sent the price that music123.com beat to musiciansfriend.com to see if they would beat that price. This seems like a nice back and forth cycle I can work. sweet

Saw Pirates of the Carribean tonight (ARRRGHHHH!!) with my lovey, Jizzeniffer and Lauren. Johnny Depp = ultimate hotness :0)

tonight was sad. After the movie, Gregory and I just sat in his car and talked. Our little talk ended with me crying and him holding me :0/ exactly one month from today he won't be here with me and i'll be reduced to lots of phone time and once a month visits ::sigh:: Its funny when you've seen someone for over 50days straight, you always end up with this crazy emotional attachment. rah.

i don't want him to go :0(

oh. and not to confuse anymore but all the "tonights" up there were in actuality last night (7/21) and today is... today. :0)

Oh man. I've been listening to a lot of Surf Rock lately. Its dandy.
I just said dandy. Jeez that’s scary.

Well this morning I was having the strangest dream. There was this quiet country house that had a nice wrap around porch, and a Court TV camera crew with a group of reporters busily running around trying to get a glimpse inside. Some coked up woman inside was trying to commit suicide, and her husband was running home as he had just heard that something serious was going on. As he approached the house, a Court TV news reporter ran up to him and blocked his entrance to the porch. The reporter was forcing a document in his face, as the man furiously asked where his wife was. The reporter asked the man to sign the document and afterwards he could see his wife. The already infuriated man signed the document without looking at it and ran toward the door of the house to find his wife. Unmentioned to him, the document gave Court TV permission to broadcast his wife's suicide on television, which was already in progress. The reporter had a sly smirk on his face as the man ran to the door. He thought nothing of it.

So then I arose from my slumber to see Suki standing on the side of my bed trying to wake me up. Somehow she broke into my house to get me up to go to lunch... well breakfast for me, but it was 12:30 in the afternoon. Crazyness. Dreams are fun.

I'm out
