Apparently, Rammstein played at the Orbit Room in Grand Rapids on July 26, 2001 and at the Van Andel Arena on Oct. 28, 2001. How come I wasn't notified?
Rammstein isn't touring in the U.S. at all this year. Grr. I really want to go to one of their shows. That's one of my big dreams.
I watched XXX for the first time today. Partially because I saw that Rammstein was in the beginning scene. Mmm, pyrotechnics. XXX is actually pretty good. I liked the action and explosions.
Back aches and Fred suck. Males suck as well. At least right now.

I had a dream last night of two warring worlds. These two worlds were searching for a princess; one was sent to save her, the other to destroy her. Soldiers were sent to the planet to keep the other world at bay, but a spy was sent down with the soldiers. He was sent down to save her and bring her back to the ship. But getting the princess was no easy task, you see she didn't even know she was a princess, she was told that one of her friends was the princess, and she was going to do anything to save her friend. It took a long time to find her but soon the spy found her. Every time he tried to bring her back to the ship she refused and would only protect her friend. As the spy was bringing her to the ship, they went by the friend she thought was the princess. She did everything in her power to stop him from getting to the 'princess.' As he was struggeling to get through to the ship he told her that she was the real princess. She didn't know what to think. She went with him to the ship. The world sent to destroy her has lost the war, and the comanding officer killed himself by jumping off the ship. She was safe. But being together with the princess he began to love her. He had to tell her. But would he in time?

My dad's father passed away.
I didn't know him that well. None of us did, really.
My dad was kicked out of the house when he was 16. His mom was having another child and couldn't afford to keep my dad fed and stuff too. He's the oldest. His other siblings are all girls.
George DeForrest Greggs, Jr. He has his father's name.
So my dad and his family have never been on good terms. When Dad came back from the army, he went home and the house wasn't there anymore. No one'd told him about it.
I woke up this morning to the phone ringing and my dad running to answer it. He answered all cheerful and happy, talking to his sister. Then he got really quiet and asked how everyone was and how is mom was. My dad isn't a quiet person.
So I don't know what's going on funeral wise. I don't know if we're all going out to Pennsylvania or if just my dad is going. I heard him say something about trying not to make the funeral on Thursday because I'm graduating but really, it'll be okay if my dad has to go and can't be there. I think that stuff is more important than sitting around forever to hear my name be called and watch me walk across some stage.
Anyway. Just thought I'd let everyone know that I might be gone later this week. I didn't know him very well. I don't know anyone on that side of the family well. I don't even know the names of all his sisters.
And that makes me feel horrible.

This day has been a mixture of good and bad
I got to see Star Wars today with Brett and Ray, it was cool. The acting was kinda bad but I love going to any sort of movie so it was good. The robot king was awesome, so was Obi Wan and Yoda and Padme sorta (she had her good moments)... so was that lizard thing Kenobi rode on. You could tell how close Aniken was getting to the Dark Side throughout the movie as he glowered more and more and his eyes got yellower. Pretty sweet. Awesome action scenes to make up for Skywalker's monotoneness (four lightsabers at once! Sweeeet!).
Also I looked for jobs... I applied to four places, one was like "come back when you can drive", two were like "we don't feel like hiring you but we'll keep your ap on file", and ONE... a promising prospect... the man actually said he'd give my ap to the manager. Yesss.
