2006 17 May :: 2.29am
Well, apparently the last real entry I've made her was back in December, so I figured I may as well update.
Rather little has been happening in my life as of late (and by the way, if ANYONE wants to do ANYTHING (well, okay, within reason), then for the love of all that is holy give me a bloody call!). I've been working at meijer again, much to my dismay. While the work itself is certainly not worthy of much complaint, the fact that I'm still walking around pushing carts with high schoolers and creepy old incoherent guys is more than enough to leave me looking for a change of summer vocation. At this point I'm even considering sucking it up and finally becoming a cashier (though I truly loathe the idea of having such a dull job...).
At home I've been pretty much bored out of my mind. My PS2 is still broke and I still really have no idea as to where I can go to get the damn thing fixed. My computer still functions rather well, but you can only play shooters and card games for so long before it becomes painfully boring. Still, I'm thinking of learning how to use the Source Developing Kit that came with my copy of Half Life 2 to build a few levels, and eventually maybe even a mod or two (I even already have a great idea for map that should be rather entertaining(Imagine, if you will, a deathmatch level that takes place on a bunch of floating structures suspended in the sky by balloons that can be popped(the potentials in strategy and havok are more than enough to make me grin a little))).
Also, I was able to write a page of my one of my stories tonight. It's really not much, but it's more than I've written in the past 3 months combined, and if I keep it up I'm certain I'll be able to make some decent progress in that story before the summer is out. Regardless, it feels damn good to get something written down.
Well, that's really all I have to say at the moment (like I said, things around here have been rather boring).
Va con dios mis amigos.

PWNED.
Eli has found a new game on his cultsite which consists of a boy or girl telling their ex that they still love them, then saying "Just Kidding". Results don't vary often and are almost always amusing. Eli and I conspired against Robbie, the unsuspecting boy-child whom was targeted. Robbie's a nice kid, I suppose, but he did grope me that one day.. >---->
Emily: Robbie
Robbie: what
Emily: It's Emily. I've been meaning to tell you..
Robbie: oh ok
Robbie: lol
Emily: Eckk.. well..
Emily: Jesussss.. lemme JUST ASK. x---x
Emily: Will you.. er... go out with me..?
Robbie: woah, is this really emily?
Emily: Y-yeah.. <--<;;
Emily: Well.. er.. will ya?
Robbie: uh, sure, i guess
Emily: You don't know how long I've liked you.
Robbie: :3
Robbie: my devilish good looks
Emily: Yeah.
Emily: Well. I was just kidding.
Emily: Thanks, though. <3
Robbie: ouch, that was mean
Emily: Love you, Robbie ^-^
Robbie: i am so confused right now
Emily: xDDD
Robbie: i fucking hate this game
Emily: XDDDDDDDDDDD
I will admit, that was pretty bitchy of me, but it was damn funny.
Eli: PWNED BITCH
Eli: JAJJAJAJAJAJAJA
Robby: IT WAS YOU WASN'T IT?
Eli: No that was Emily
Eli: But you just got pwned
Robby: uber-pwned
Eli: XD
Robby: that was creepy
Eli: More liek
Eli: Your heart skipped a beat
Robby: lolol
Eli: then was shattered like glass against the floor
Robby: moer like Emily is a bitch and i'm gonna pay fat disgusting people who hang out at lost realms to BRUTALLY RAPE HER

"German 'Robin Hoods' give poor a taste of the high life
ALLAN HALL IN BERLIN
A GANG of anarchist Robin Hood-style thieves, who dress as superheroes and steal expensive food from exclusive restaurants and delicatessens to give to the poor, are being hunted by police in the German city of Hamburg.
The gang members seemingly take delight in injecting humour into their raids, which rely on sheer numbers and the confusion caused by their presence. After they plundered Kobe beef fillets, champagne and smoked salmon from a gourmet store on the exclusive Elbastrasse, they presented the cashier with a bouquet of flowers before making their getaway.
The latest robbery is part of a pattern over the past several months, suggesting that the thieves deliberately set out to highlight what they perceive as the inequality inherent in German society.
However, the authorities do not agree. Bodo Franz, a police spokesman, said: 'They get off feeling they are just like Robin Hood. There are about 30 in the group. But whatever their motives, they are thieves, plain and simple.'
Carsten Sievers, the manager of a luxury supermarket in the wealthy Blankenese area of Hamburg, recently watched the robbers run off with trolleys full of expensive foodstuffs, including Kobe beef which, at more than £100 a pound, is always on their illicit shopping list.
In another recent swoop, the gang emptied a groaning buffet table in a top restaurant into sacks, while one of their number held up a sign saying. 'The fat years are over' - the title of a hit film currently doing the rounds in Germany.
In internet statements, the gang have made a point of saying their booty is distributed to Hartz IV recipients - the poorest of Germany's long-term unemployed. The benefit is named after the disgraced Volkswagen personnel director Peter Hartz who, before he lost his job with the car-maker in a prostitutes-and-bribes scandal, devised the new means-testing which is loathed and derided by society's most economically challenged.
When the gang robbed the gourmet store in April - triggering a massive police investigation that cost £20,000 in taxpayers' money without an arrest being made - they left a note behind saying: 'Without the abilities of the superheroes to help them, it would be impossible for ordinary people to survive in the city of the millionaires.'
Police say they are concentrating their investigation on a loose collective of anarchists and malcontents called 'Hamburg in Vain', to which they believe the superheroes belong. But they admit there is a certain panache and skill about their robberies.
The gang are also behind black market cinema tickets which they distribute free to the poor, and they have printed leaflets telling passengers how to dodge ticket inspectors on the city's underground and buses.
Mr Franz said: 'They try to make crime fun but are politically motivated.'"

Friday Off
Yeah, so. I actually got up at 9 in the fucking morning without any sort of goading or incentive. Wow, right? I know.
The thrills don't end there.
So I got up, ate left-overs from the night before ( Keithander, his familia [sans papi], and I went to dinner ) while watching CSI and Naomi came over. So we're chillin'. We watched Amityville Horror - soooo good ^-^ - and then we went upstairs to get ready for our 'double date', persay.
We ended up both wearing spaghetti strap shirts, and for any of you who know Emily, this is a break-through. The only time she wore spaghetti-straps without awkwardity in public in the past year or two was that one time during last summer with Jade. Long live SYC..? XDD
I'll uphold that "legacy".
Anyways. So we get out and Emily's ALSO carrying a purse. Emily HAS lost it. Kthnx. We get to the movies and Keithander and Victor are already there - and Keith already had our tickets? WHAT? Jeez, it's like we're fucking going out or something. Though we all know that Keith and I are married. Kthnx.
So Keith and I walk into Ice Age II. It was pretty cute. What made it better was the little kid near the front who was explaining rather loudly how global warming worked - the whole theater chuckled. So's we get out of the movie and I find a fucking SNAKES ON A PLANE poster - I freak out, it's now my phone background - and I see Naomi in the bathroom.
And I'm like "So your movie's already over..?"
And she's liek "No."
And I'm liek "Then.. what are you doing in here..?"
And she's liek "... I donno." and walks out.
And I'm liek "... XD"
Yeah.
So Keith and I went into the game room and took our so-sweet-you-could-rofl-and-barf picture-booth shots just to consummate the date. Lollerskates. Then we played ze DDR. Gewd stuff. Other than I pretty much had to stay on standard .___. GHEY.
EMILY NEEDS ZE PRACTICE.
So we leave the game room, waiting for Na and Vic to get out of their movie, and there's good ol' Michan! I grope her a few times, get some odd stares from her male-companion-whom-she-probably-wasn't-dating, and she giggles at our disgustingly-adorable pictures from ze picture booth. They go about their way and Na and Vic get out of their movie and then we go to the beach.
Yes.
You heard correctly.
Emily.. went to the beach.
Don't get me wrong, it was JUST at sunset, so I didn't ruin my hard-earned pale, but.. the beach.
Sand x---X;
Water X---x;;
Buggies .___.;;;
But it was fun, I'll admit.
I enjoyed myself.
The moon was beautiful, too.
Pretty much orange as the sun was setting, so it glowed nicely on the water. Then it turned white and still glowered against the sea.
Na and Vic were SO CUTE ^------^!!
They were allll swimmin' in the ocean together in the moon light and Keithander and I were just liek "Aww! They're so cute and young and not married like us!"
Andddd..
Yeah.
xDDD
So that lasted 'til about 10:30 and Vic had to go home. Naomi made off with a pair of his swim trunks. xD He got a few kisses goodnight, I suppose. Keithander's parentals drove Na and I back to our house, and though we were DEAD tired, we found the will to have some sort of meal.
And it was DEFINITELY good.
Cold Publix barbecue chicken, DP/Sprite, bread, and "Dibs" or whatever they're called - little balls of chocolate-coated ice cream, omfg, soooo good.
Then we went to bed about 12.
'Cause we were REALLY TIRED.
Today, we got up about 11:30 am -- good stuff. I don't know what's possessing me lately, all this up early, to bed early nonsense. But we were up none the less. Omfg, I have HELLO KITTY POPTARTS. xD
We watched a couple more movies - Bless the Child and Stuck on You, which was pretty amusing.
We went upstairs and I went back down for laundry and some kitchen-cleaning 'cause I feel bad sometimes if I don't do it. Naomi just took a shower and here I am.
Typing.
About yesterday's many break throughs.
Eugh, I think I have a hickie.
Thanks for keeping it below t-shirt level <3
XD
Au revoir, mes petits!
J'adore vous.

Yesterday made it 23 months.
23. Months.
For you bibliophiles, that's one month less than 2 years.
Two.
And must I further accentuate the YEARS? Plural.

I checked my grades and I have an Incomplete in one of my classes. Incompletes usually only occur upon a prearrangement with the professor because you're missing an assignment or you missed the exam.
I missed nothing. I was expecting a B or B+.
My professor has not returned my calls or my emails. I'm about to get desperate and call her at home.
Grr.
I love you all.
P.S. Kelly, I don't know if you saw it below but happy day of you. You have joined the old people group.

Last night Katti's car battery died. I went to pick up Nick from work and instead of reading and expanding my horizons with John Hodgman's book, I listed to Eddie Izzard for over an hour.
Apparently, it drained the battery. I had to get a jump from Nick's boss.
I returned to Nick's house, ate some foods and the car wouldn't start again.
Ben was asleep and no one else was home. I didn't know anyone downtown that could have given me a ride home. I called home and told them that I'd be home in the morning because the car wouldn't start.
Everything was okay.
Then this morning, I got a call from my brother and sister. They overslept even though they've been getting up at the same time for school for longer than they care to remember. Hannah's pissed because I'm not home. She calls my mom.
Oh, by the way, my parents are in Las Vegas.
I called Mom and got called irresponsible and told that my priorities are all wrong, that I broke her car and I have a loser boyfriend.
I ended up driving all the way home to take everyone to school and then all the way back to be late for work.
So, Kelly. Sorry but I don't want to chance leaving the house today and getting yelled at again. Have a beauteous stormy wet birthday. Maybe I'll see you tomorrow if I'm not dead when my parents arrive home.
I love you all.
P.S. John Hodgman is the PC in the PC v Mac commercials y'all might be seeing. I was right. You all doubted me because he gained weight but I WAS RIGHT!

Birthday plans....
So does anyone want to hang out tomorrow? On account of its my birthday and I would rather spend it with friends than being bored at home. I'm not sure what exactly we could do, but I'm sure we could find something interesting. Sorry I suck at planning stuff like this. Or we could go to Skelletones on saturday and see the Offbeats. If anyone besides me likes the Offbeats...
Anywho call me or reply to this sometime tomorrow if you're interested. Sorry about the late notice/lack of actual plans.

Summer's barely started and I'm already bored.
I'm playing LOZ: Ocarina of Time again because it is a fun game and it's something to do.
Maybe I'll actually beat Majora's Mask and Wind Waker.
That would be fun.
I'm also reading this book on France that Nick bought for me. Every chapter or so, I have to stop reading and make myself stop freaking out so it's slow going. However, it is a very informative read.
It still freaks me out.
In other news, I want babies.
I love you all.

If you're not doing anything tonight and would like that to change...
You should go to Riverbank Books and see Duke Greene play. He's cool beans. I'll be there. I think. He's playing from 6-8 so hurry your ass up. And if you go you might even get to meet the notorious "other Kellie"! How exciting. Well it starts in 15 minutes and I have to see about borrowing the car yet so I'll smell you cats later.
Oh and the bookstore is on the corner of Fountain and Monroe. Bye now.
[edit 8:01]
Bah, I couldn't find the place. So I'm home if anyone wants to hangout.
