i love how all the fairy tales have been disney-fied. they are much more gruesome than you would think. and hardly any have happy endings. no lie.

take the little mermaid for example. first of all, she eats people. second, she doesnt actually get the guy; to get legs and have fun as a human she has to kill the man she wants. but as she is going to stab him, she cant bring herself to do it and instead stabs herself in the heart. and then she turns into seafoam.

isnt that fantastic?

i dont think hans christian anderson wrote it.. or, if the story was truly invented by him.

however, in one of aesop's fables, the little mermaid actually trades her tongue for legs, and then to return as a mermaid she has to kill the prince. and blah blah turns into seafoam.

man she turned into sea foam
that musta sucked hardcore
im sure mr.disney left that out because
a.) all the children would be scared to go in the ocean for fearing of prancing on the mermaids foamy remains
b.) letter a would mean a decrease in people with children goin to the beacg
c.) letter b would mean less tourists for the beaches of florida and california which wow so coincidental is where the disney parks are and that would mean a slight decrease in people visiting the parks

you dig?

ugh my head hurts now
