Band rehersal was suprisingly very fun, at first i could not stop laughing at everything, at me at melanie, jimmy, sundell, but mainly the stupid things i came up with in my head...lol. it was fun, then i had a nice, long drive home which i enjoyed.

when you hit obsession, sit down so it wont hurt as much when you fall.

lol.....now ama go attempt to find an actual quote...

okie...ten minutes later and im sort of successful...

Anger and jealousy can no more bear to lose sight of their objects than love.
~George Eliot

"Obsessed by a fairy tale, we spend our lives searching for a magic door and a lost kingdom of peace."
~Eugene O'Neill

'Mad' is a term we use to describe a man who is obsessed with one idea and nothing else.
~Ugo Betti

lol...this one's just funny...

"OBSESSED, p.p. Vexed by an evil spirit, like the Gadarene swine and other critics. Obsession was once more common than it is now. Arasthus tells of a peasant who was occupied by a different devil for every day in the week, and on Sundays by two. They were frequently seen, always walking in his shadow, when he had one, but were finally driven away by the village notary, a holy man; but they took the peasant with them, for he vanished utterly. A devil thrown out of a woman by the Archbishop of Rheims ran through the trees, pursued by a hundred persons, until the open country was reached, where by a leap higher than a church spire he escaped into a bird. A chaplain in Cromwell's army exorcised a soldier's obsessing devil by throwing the soldier into the water, when the devil came to the surface. The soldier, unfortunately, did not."
~Ambrose Pierce

ah, the beauty of being vague.

pEaNuT bUtTeR
you know, i like pEaNuT bUtTeR. you can have it smooth or chunky and it shows by the label. its good on bread, but with celery too. you can open it up when you want it, and it's there, until you run out...but pEaNuT bUtTeR seems to last forever. its pleasently sticky so you cant possibly forget it in a moment, but not so much to be STUCK in your teeth and annoying. what's awesome is how everyone here knows what pEaNuT bUtTeR is, so when you ask for it, they open their pantry.

So thank you to all my friends for giving me some pEaNuT bUtTeR when i crave it. :-D

I'm Back
Yes the amazing and wonderful yasamin is back from Puerto Rico. It was mucho fun . I got ppl things, actually i got one thing to give to everyone but its based on first come first serve basis and thus if you dont get one it is your own fault. The trip sucked cuz i was with family but puerto rico was amazing i loved it. It was so pretty.
The people there were so nice. It was funny cuz they would speak to me in spanish i say no hable anglias and then they would be like where are you from, i saw US they say no way you look arabian. It was weird it happened like five times. We went to this random island off of Puerto rico (an hour ferry ride where i got burned on half of my face and one arm) and my mom stopped a random guy in his car and made him give us a ride to the beach. It was weird. He took us to this amazing beach. There was no one there and it was so pretty. But my parents wanted people because they wanted to make sure we could see people in case we died. So we went to another one. I have pictures will show them maybe even put them on the computer.
I read hey nostradamus (who is that, i know its something religious) its a good book. I hate the ending though cuz in my head jason died and heather and reg are dating (sorta not really).
Dont kill me for saying this ok....In the airport it reminded me of Iraq in the time of Sadaam. I mean people opened your bags and searched htem. In iraq they did the same thing, except there was corruption there and they took what they liked inside of it. They also used to strip/not strip search you, it depended on who you were and you usually kept bra/underwear on. i dunno. it was weird i just remember that from when i was little, leaving iraq and the what not (i wasnt strip searched or what not i was little). Its scary to think that we are just one step away from getting a ruler like sadaam and a complete change in our way of life. So you guys seriously get politically active. I dunno i was just totally freaked out by that thought. I mean the US has so much more power than iraq (nuclear) and thus a ruler like sadaam ruling america would destroy the entire world.

Sorry I have random weird thoughts.

:: Music: washer twisting, head pounding, computer buzzing...i gotta work on the music thing

today...like waht a normal journals about.
soooooooo...spring break is almost over.....

::pouts:: but i want an oompa loompa now daddy!

sorry...we listend to spotlight songs in the car today during our random two hour half-lostness...

there were oompa loompas in spotlight. they had red and pink striped leotards with legs and then shiny yellow jumpers (an overall skirt) and hats! they looked like oompa loompas to me.

anyway. tonight was a girls night. it was a party. we visited jill at the movie theatre because we were going to see a movie but then decided against it. then we drove. for a while. we were going to go to libertyville sports complex to see if campy's band was playing a joke or if they were actually playing...cuz its LSC...a weird place for a concert...and it was free...and campy said he needed an amp...and then didnt...so yea...but we didnt know where it was...so that went no where...then kristen decided we should look for mitsuwa...that landed us in wakegan...the opposite direction of mitsuwa...lol.

so then...we went back to the movie theatre cuz sandy wanted to talk to elliot and we were waiting for jill to get off work. they wanted to play an april fools joke on elliot and get stunkel to hit on him...he's a total homophob. but stunkel couldnt do it seriously...but then sin city let out and jeff happened to be there with all his friends. jill convinced him to do it and elliot just got pissed. it was good fun. later, justin was there. he saw sin city too but he was out having a cigarette (yuck!), but he got the irken symbol tattooed on his ankle, which could not be a cooler symbol. as much as i hate tattooes, i would get one.

then we watched friends at jackies house. kristen was not very happy about this. lol. oh well. jill showed up in a bit and then i took kristen home. she was pleased to know stunkel smiles at her name. :) yay kids!

all is happy and complete!

situation
sense there´s something in the wind
That feels like tragedy´s at hand
And though I´d like to stand by him
Can´t shake this feeling that I have
The worst is just around the bend

What will become of my dear friend?
Where will his actions lead us then?
Although I´d like to join the crowd
In their enthusiastic cloud
Try as I may, it doesn´t last

today i got a ticket...and damn it, it had almost been a year since i got my license.

oddly, i am not too worried about it. i think my family will laugh at me, save my mum. but she wont do anything but yell because she'll be damned if she has to get up at six to take me and patrice and q and stunkel to school.

and my bro and dad are incredibly notorious for speeding so...yea...

my dad'll just say i need to go go-carting more often so i dont get the urge to go fast.

funny thing is it didnt feel like we were going 61...in a forty.

he wrote 55 on the ticket cuz 21-30 makes the price go up twenty dollars.

ama go to traffic school...

other than the potatoe peel-off, this is the most interesting part of spring break.

but it's been fun.

so someone replied to my journal a couple of entries ago...and there was a link in his/her journal. it was to this ebay thing that is actually creepy.

Haunted Stitch Doll

Other Haunted Doll Link from Ebay Doll that I Haven't Read Yet

In other news, i watched a whole two hour documentary on dragons the other day, and it was really well done. First, they pointed out the fact that dragons have been found in several cultures ancient art throughout the world. How could something so widely known be myth? They found a dragon in an ice cave and they figured out how they flew, despite their weight and not very supporting wings. The very same hydrogen, produced by stomach bacteria, in combination with chewed platinum, could create the fire they breathed. It was something that was around in the time of the tyrannasaurus rex and would fight it for territory and food. The animals had to have lived after the meteor, because man could see them. The only animals that survived the disaster were the aquatic animals and those smaller than household cats. They reasoned that dragons had evolved into two different species, aquatic and terra. The bodies became thin and the wings more fin like, with longer rudder-like tails. They reemerged on land and the image explains the Chinese depiction of the creature. Moving westward, they became more land adapt again. But Medieval man power would kill off the species in all parts of the world. Then it floated from exsistance to mythology. How sad a life for such a beautiful thing.

an hour and forty five minutes of this. i was in awe.

only to learn...

"you know, this segment really made me believe dragons exsisted. Jim and I thought it would be cool to make dragons, the creature usually left in the background, the object of a story." ~Special story board creator who ruined two hours of my life~

so, now, i hate animal planet. it's back to national geographic and discovery channel for me.

if you got ten dollars to one of these stores, which would you pick:

sears
bath and body works
sam goody
starbucks
old navy

okie...i can just borrow cds from the library because im not dying for anything...so probably not sam goody.

starbucks is good but i hate the people there...although that would be more quantity for the same amount of money.

bath and body works is good...i think its between that and old navy

i just hate how the sears card looks. i dont know what i would buy there... i dont think i like that store too much
maybe tomorrow ill go see if i can find anything i might like...

woo day!
UNINVITED
Like anyone would be
I am flattered by your fascination with me
Like any hot-blooded woman
I have simply wanted an object to crave
But you, you're not allowed
You're uninvited
An unfortunate slight

Must be strangely exciting
To watch the stoic squirm
Must be somewhat hard telling
To watch them burn me shepherd
But you you're not allowed
You're uninvited
An unfortunate slight

Like any uncharted territory
I must seem greatly intriguing
You speak of my love like
You have experienced love like mine before
But this is not allowed
You're uninvited
An unfortunate slight

I don't think you unworthy
I need a moment to deliberate.

Rejection
I hate college rejection. The letter comes in and you know whats in there. Then the college is like you applied, you're just not good enough. But they take so long to say that that it makes you sad and depressed. We had a lot of really good applicants, your application was good. But there were better people took a whole page. I dont deal with rejection well, especially if my dad is involved. He can be a jackass. He doesnt understand the process he just thinks if you get in your going there if not your not. And its like dad i got into the freaking college but not the special program. I dont want to be a pharmacist really. I'd rather be a doctor.

One more thing. I think its amazing how junior and senior year you know what to do in school. Well for me. Like seriously its weird. I'm getting A's trying at the same level as fresh and sopho year. Its weird. Well thats all.

Qui suis-je?
